Can somebody tell me what is meant by bank security? What are the procedures to get bank security?

Dear sir , I had an savings account in axis bank which due to some reasons left it unused having balance in zero so the bank reported my account to cibil as written of & closed my account after  1 year. Are banks allowed to do this ? What is the solution ? Thanks & regards
