• The above commission structure is subject to change or update from time to time as the commissions offered changes from time to time and depends on the size of the fund.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Disclosures or your use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad,
India.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
