Zurich Futura Plan – Does it work as per illustration ?

I wanted to now the plan which is offered by Zurich name Futura does that grow as per the illustration which is given by them by 8% in $

Is this a realistic scenario, is there any one who has got this plan & is working as per illustration shown can one get a return of 8% in Dollar
