Withdrawl from EPF for payment of housing loan

I want towithdraw from my EPF a/c to prepay housing loan. I am in my 19th year of service and have been a member. I want to know the maximum amount that I can withdraw.

    36 times the monthly salary of the individual
    The house should be registered in the person’s or his/her spouse’s name or should be owned jointly
