Will my CIBIL status be removed after settlement ?

Dear sir, I Have taken 50k loan from fullerton india and I have made 42,000 payment till now, and the company is showing due of 34000 till now, and I wants to settle my loan for 15000/- collection executive told me that after u r payment u r name will be removed from cibil after 1 month, is it true I wants to know, I am not ready to believe collection team, kindly guide me on this regard.

    Dear Kumar, please pay full 34000 Rs. to get your name cleared from CIBIL report as defaulter.

    Hi Kumar,
    I don’t think that you name will be removed from CBIL , after settlement your status will be “settled” or “written off ” instead of “closed”, best way go to fullerton office speak with executive & confirm details.
