Will loan tenure come down in SBI MaxGain if I park some money in account ?

I have a SBI MaxGain loan for 30lakhs, tenure 20 years. Started paying EMIs about 6 months back. If I park 20lakhs in my loan account, will the loan tenure be reduced automatically as the major part of my EMI will be going towards the recovery of principal.
