Will I pay tax on PPF maturity ?

I am planning to invest in PPF for next 15 years and may be another 5 years after that

But want to know at the end of the term when i will withdrawn the total amount. Will there be any tax deductions  on that amount. How it works at the time of withdrawal.

Please give all tax details about it.

    Dear gururaaj, as per current tax law, the PPF maturity amount is tax free. What ‘ll be situation in terms of new Tax law in next 20Y, I can not comment.
