Will both husband and wife get tax exemption on home loan taken jointly ?

hi,

agar koi home loan husband aur wife ne liya hai 30 lacs ka , 15 lacs husband and 15 lacs wife..aur dono govt. job me hai. to kya dono ko loan me tax exemption milega 1.5 lacs -1.5 lacs lacs ka…? ya bus ek hi aadmi ko tax exemption milega…150 lacs ka…?

    Both will get
    1.5L exemption for interest and 1L exemption for principal

    Dear Akhilesh, if both are co-owner in the property, then only the tax benefit ‘ll shared between both.
