Who will service the Policy if Agent dies in between the Term of the Policy ?

What happens if the Life Insurance Agent dies in between the policy term that one had taken, who will service the policy and in any unfortunate event who will support & guide the Policy Holder or its family members to get the Sum Assured / Maturity back from Insurance Co. ??????

    i think, the company itself. as such there is no exclusive support from agent. in any case you/your nominee should submit the policy document and other document like death certificate, fir copy etc. , as the case may be, to the company directly or through agent. and if queried, to be replied suitablely. in case of any problem, you have to approach irda, grahak suraksha machinary, as required. agent has no role to get your claim passed as such.
