Where to invest for more than 10 yrs except Real Estate ?

Hi All,

I have around 10 Lac which I would like to invest some where ? Please advise me. I can highlight that its long term investment , I have already some home loan and can take further around 15 Lac if I decide for property but looking for other options except property

What would be safe n good return in current economic scenario ….Many Thanks ….
