When will be the good time to invest in Mutual Funds?

Hi,

I am new to Stock Market and want to invest in Mutual funds. But currently the stock market is already so up and the prediction of MODI  being PM will further increase the Sensex.

When will be the right time to invest in the current financial year?

    Disclosure – My own SIPs are running as usual. My goals are some 15-25Y away hence I’m not bothered about Sensex level on day to day basis. You are free to interpret your own conclusion from my disclosure.
