We are planning to buy a house in Bangalore. I just want to know that what kind of thing should know a buyer when they are not local & not having any experience of buying any property. Please let me know that what’s the all thing & approval required to buy any independent house & how can we know that the seller is genuine & this is his real property & no one can complain against the property in future & there are not any issue with the property like not paying tax water or electric bill for a long time etc.

Please tell me that how much is the possibility to be cheated & how can we avoid it & buy with full satisfaction.
