   Dear Shivam, to understand all this, please read a lot of books. Surf Internet for so many sites & read articles there. That’s option no. 1.

   Option no. 2 is – start invest in Eq. MFs from here onwards & keep learning the direct Eq. & the moment you feel you are ready to takw the plunge, go ahead & start investing in direct Eq.
