What is the procedure?

If online Income Tax Return for NRI son is filed by father as Power of attorney, is it ok. How can POA ( power of attorney ) be registered / informed online to Income Tax department. What is the procedure?

    Dear Etaxmentor, in case of online filing, where is the need of father. The son can file on his own, no matter in which corner of the world, he is sitting in. If you meant for posting of physical signature on ITR-V, even that’s also not required if the Son is having Digital signature issued by an Indian Issuer.
