One female dies in accident. Leaves behind one son living with husband who is  living seperately with his wife and children.The parents are old and were dependent on her income.Also has married sisters with families not well to do.My question is who should get the mact award money? Her husband is trying  to get the money for self and his son who is a minor?Shall be thankful for an early reply preferablly with some court judgment.Thanks and regards.
