   Jignesh,

   I had asked this question to my builder few years back and this is what he told me.
   Carpet Area – Actual area of your house
   Built-up Area- Apart from your house, this includes space outside your house on each floor.
   Basically your floor area.
   Super-Built-up Area – This would include the parking space, entrance space.
