Can unused saving bank account be reported to CIBIL ?

Dear sir , I had an savings account in axis bank which due to some reasons left it unused having balance in zero so the bank reported my account to cibil as written of & closed my account after  1 year. Are banks allowed to do this ?

What is the solution ?

    No

    Banks cant do this . If bank has really done this. You can sue the bank after you get an explanation from them !
