Please guide me on whether to take Timeshare Holiday membership or not? While doing Financial Planning whether a person should allocate fund towards this so in future he will enjoy family holiday?

(Membership will cost around one time membership Rs. 500000 (Five Lakh) for 25 years and  you will get  7 days holiday  (accumulate upto 21 days). Every year you have to pay Annual maintenance fee (Rs. 12000) which will increase based on inflation index.)

OR person has to put this money (Rs. 500000) in MF or Share or FD so if one can get 8% interest then every year he should get Rs. 40000 + Rs. 12000 (Annual charge) = Rs. 52000.
