Term Polacy Claim for Smokers

Hi, I am planning to take a Term Policy ICICI Pru iProtect. I am 32 years old now and want a cover of 1,00,00,000 rupees for 30 Years. I am a Smoker and Drinker and i will mention it in the application form while applying. I want to know in case if my death accrues because of Smoking, will my Nominee get the claim.

    logically if they charge load after your facts declaration, nominee should get the claim unless the policy specifies some exclusion. the exact provision could be known from forum members like shri dhaval sharma.
