Surrender Value of New Jeevan Suraksha-I Policy of LIC

Please help me calculate surrender value of policy, as LIC has paid me much less amount.  I want to understand the funda before I talk to LIC.  Can anybody please help?

    Dear Keshav, how can you say that LIC has paid you less? As the bonus accumulation was already poor in this pension plan, the surrender amount ‘ll also be lower than other traditional plans.
