I would like to know which insurance companies are rated the best in Permanent Total Disablement Insurance.

I was checking on the ICICI lombard website. Their Personal Accident Insurance has a maximum sum assured of 25 lakhs for a period of 5 years. Are there any better policies?

Also the stated policy covers death by accident too. I was wondering if there are any policies only for Permanent Disability. (that is if I already have Life insurance and medical insurance)
