Should I have more SIP’s of small amounts or not ?

Is it advisable to have 6 accounts of Rs.2500/- each or 5 accounts of Rs. 3000/- each. I mean to say less amount and more SIP accounts or greater amount and less SIP accounts.

    Dear Deepak, personally I w’d like to have 7500 Rs. into 2 funds. To keep the matter simple. If you think that by splitting the amount all over the month, you can get the benefit of market volatility, well in that case you should opt 2500 Rs. into 6 slots.
