Dear friends,

I have taken SBI MaxGain housing loan couple of years back, the interest rate was 10%, from last two month it is changed to 11%, when I approach the officer of loan division,

They said we can pull back the interest rate to 10% by paying 0.4% of principal amount. After submitting the request for interest change, they are saying that they are getting some system error when they try to change the interest rate & they have opened the SD ticket for the same.

My query is anybody come cross this kind of problem? how I can get the resolution?
