Hello

1. Max gain loan of 30L partially disbursed 18L till date. for under construction property.

2. I had parked 2L in my maxgain OD a/c as of today (before full disbursement). Understand that i cannot withdraw this  amount before full disbursement (or till the time i get transaction rights) for the MG a/c.

My question is – since i have parked 2L during my mora-period, can i withdraw this 2L after i secure transaction right after full disbursement?
