SBI Max gain loan- account related information required.

Hi,
I have transferred my loan from HDFC to SBI MAX GAIN(Also took SBI property insurance  and SBI life insurance as well) at 15 june 2013.
And same day I gave check for Property insurance also.
And Loan account is attached to my SBI saving account.

When I logged in to my SBI saving account i am able to see 3 account.
i.e.
1]my saving account.
2] SBI H L MAXGAIN AUG12(showing my loan Amount)
3]MAXGAIN SURAKSHA (showing my insurance Amount)

My queries as below.

Question 1.
On which Account I transfer money to save my interest?

Question 2.
Is 3rd “MAXGAIN SURAKSHA” account is my SBI life insurance account ?
Then if i call to SBI life (customer care-18004259010) and give account number showing online they are telling it is not valid.
what is my SBI life account number and then what is “MAXGAIN SURKSHA”?Are the policy is started covering me?

Question 3.
My check for property insurance has been deducted from my Personal (salary) account.
(the amount(check) which I gave to SBI for property insurance is credited to my   SBI H L MAXGAIN AUG12 account).
So my general(property)insurance started or my home is covered?

Question 4.
I have HDFC ERGO policy to cover me,My property  and Loan.
Still after 3 months of loan tranfer and giving all the money,I an pay for HDFC ERGO,because I am not sure SBI covered me or not?
I want to STOP ERGO policy,shall I stop it now?

Please answer my question to help me.

    The suraksha account number is for SBI’s own reference. For policy details, please contact your loan serving branch & get your policy documents. yes this suraksha account is meant for your life insurance.

    Please contact your loan serving branch for clarification in this matter. it seems, money has not been paid to property insurer (SBI General Insurance in this case).
