I received a SBI cheque from the post office after the completion of an RD. Deposited the cheque in PNB ( in a different city than the post office branch) on 23rd Feb2014, havent received the money as yet.

Have been to the branch a number of times, but haven’t received a concrete answer.

The complaint option on their website is also not working, what can I do now?
