   Dear Himanshu, I said in other threads also, Claim settlement ratio is of no help if we fall in the negative list of that insurer. I mean claim is denied in our personal case. No insurer is offering 100% claim pay out, hence there is every chance that no matter which insurer you opt to, may deny your claim.
