My financial advisor asking me to invest in reliance banking mutual fund. I checked on Moneycontrol.com and got that Reliance mutual fund is not ranking good as

This scheme is not ranked by CRISIL (for quarter ended Mar 2014) since it does not fulfill certain eligibility criteria of CRISIL.

So please could you let me know is it good to invest in Relaince  banking mutual fund ?
