Registration of a Flat

                     Can we register an underconstruction Flat .Also what are the documents required to be taken from the builder before the registration of a flat .

    Dear Anurag, yes registration of Flat before full & final construction is possible. Regarding the papers to be collected from Builder, it’s same as you ‘ll get for a built up flat.
