Regarding online Shopping

Dear All

 I have made online transaction on timtara.com on 28th March-13 for LG TV & Water purifier for RS- 10,800/- & Rs-1150/- respectively.

Now,they are not responding to my call or mail.

Is there any way to get the amount refund from the merchant. In my credit caerd statement the merchant name is mentioned infosecure consulti Atom .

I have also mailed this issue to bank and asked to refund the payment and cancell my order.

any one could guide me how to get refund immediately.

    Dear Md. Razi, this TIMTARA is notorious for neither delivering the goods purchased nor refunding the money. Either opt for Consumer Court as advised by dear Pattu else, book your loss & move on. Lesson learnt from the episode, only transact with the reputed sites.

    Bank cannot help you in this matter. Go to a consumer court.

    The shopping website is down. This could mean the company has closed down!
    This is the address in consumer complaint forums. There are many such complaints
