Regarding making Will

Hi Manish,

I have read your blog regarding Making Will, i just want to confirm one thing , do i need to make/register my will in the city where i boelong to and where my property lies or i can do it anywhere in India. Can i heir any Lawyer from any court in India… Please clear my this doubt .
Also tell me if only making will on blank paper will be enough?

    Dear Vikram, you can registere your WILL anywhere in india. No need to register in the same city where the properties are situated. Yes you can prepare it on plain paper. Any advocate ‘ll do it for you. In most cases you ‘ll already get advocates to help you in the registrar office itself. In fact you can directly contact Registrar office with out any outside help & job ‘ll be done.
