Regarding Extra amount being deducted from Home Loan ?

I was sanctioned 19,00,000 home loan in the year 2008 with emi 19,000 for 20 years but my drawing power was reduced to 12,00,000 but i am  paying 19,000 regularly .please tell me what happens to the extra amount being deducted.

    Dear AHF, drawin power is reduced against your loan repayment. What is the issue you are facing?
