POSTED BY uk.tripathi ON May 22, 2012 10:06 pm COMMENTS (5)

we have done additional purchase 3000.00 rupees through online for my folio . but due to low amount as per ICICI PRUDENTIAL AMC norms my amount rejected and unit not allotted. After this we call 8 to 9 times to customer care and register my complain to refund my rejected amount in my account, but no satisfactory answer given by customer care from date 08.05.12 to22.05.12. They always send auto generated mail (your amount will be revert shortly ) But amount not deposited in my account till now.I have already send my bank account statement for proof. Then what can do now.

  1. I hope this is a Mutual Fund transaction and not a ULIP top up for ULIP top ups have higher minimum amounts.

If this is indeed a MF transaction call CAMS toll free and get a complaint number registered. The usual resolution time is 2-3 business days. Close the call saying you will send a written complaint to SEBI if not resolved sooner which is enough to send chills down their spine. You should see this resolved by CAMS.

  2. Anand says:

It must be transaction failure. The reason given by you “low amount” does not seem correct. The minimum additional investment for any MF is either 500 Rs or 1000 Rs.
You need to follow up with AMC.

  3. please arrange email id or phone number of registrar of icici pru amc.

    thankyou
