I want to file a RTI application in coimbatore income tax department to get information about my refund status for AY 2008-09. I have got the application format from the forum. From thatthread i have understood that i have to take IPO (indian postal order) for Rs.10 in favor of CPIO.
When i searched the internet to get the details of CPIO i have got the below list, can some one please help to whom i have address my RTI application and in favor of whom i have to take IPO.

Dear Mohan, out of the first column, which Commissioner (CPIO) in Coimbatore is your superior officer under which your assessing officer comes? Please check for your ward or circle and then your assessing officer and from that you can pin point your own CPIO.
