Redemption of Equity Mutual fund and Should I declare it in ITR ?

I have sold some of equity mutual funds including ELSS after 5-6 years period of holding and made some profit. my question is that whether i should declare this profit in itr or not if yes please guide in which column/section.

    Yes it should be declared.
    Can you try schedule-CG?
