I want to transfer my PF from old company A to new company B
both the PFs of the comany A and B are maintained by the same RPFC branch in same city.
my accounts section in new company B is asking me the following things
Form 13 along with previous employer form 3a and form5 & 10 .
but the previous employer is not ready to provide form 3a and form5 & 10
according to some posts on the internet they say form 3a and form5 & 10 from previous employer is not required we just need form 13 fully filled and attested by current employer and we can forward/submit the same to the RPFC of the old employer here there is no intervention from the old employer.
kindly guide me on the same ..

Dear Rew Dixit, please contact the local RPFC office for the guidelines in your specific case. By the way, may I know (or do you know) the reason, why your employer A is not providing those forms?
I smell a Rat here. Please check your PF details from RPFC office also.
