Query about SBi Loan

I have queries regarding Home Loan SBI (Max Gain).
I want to invest in CLP plan , Loan Amount: 27 Lac
Full loan disbersment  will be in done in  1 yr ie Sep-2013
I have surplus amt of 2 lacs
I dont have SBI account.
If i open an account in SBI and linked that with Max gain. and deposit this 2 lac in that account. Can i widthdraw the amount  whenever required or have to wait till final disbursment?

    Dear Amit, if you deposit that 2L Rs. amount into Max Gain account, you can not withdraw till the final disbursal of loan.
