Dear Chinchwad, if SBI demands original doc, submit the same to your loan serving branch.

    Thanks

but will you clear one more doubt, do i need to submit Original Possession Letter or copy of the same ? Because they ask me to submit original possession letter.

Dear Chinchwad, please demand possession letter from your builder. Copy of the same is to be submitted to loan serving branch. Once it’s submitted, you ‘ll get Transaction rights.

For cheque book you need to apply in your loan serving branch.

    thanks

    Ashal
