Hi,
It would be great help if you can review my investment and suggest your view.
I am investing 5000rs per month in below SIPs:-
DSP BLACKROCK WORLD GOLD FUND – GROWTH
SBI MAGNUM SECTOR FUNDS UMBRELLA – IT
IDFC SMALL AND MIDCAP EQUITY SME FUND – GROWTH
ICICI PRUDENTIAL FOCUSED BLUECHIP EQUITY FUND RETAIL GROWTH
Sundaram Financial Services Opportunities. Regular – Growth
and 10k one time investment in
KOTAK GOLD FUND – GROWTH.
Me and my wife,we both working and our monthly take home comes around 1.8lac and have one 1.2 yrs daughter. Could you please suggest best individual term plan and best policy for my daughter with the view of education and marriage plan.
And one good infrastructure bond where I can invest to use 20k limit for tax saving.

Dear Ashish, Please opt the term cover from the insurer where you are comfortable with. Be it Aviva or Kotak or Icici.
In general opt for around 1.2C cover for yourself & 60L cover for your wife.

Dear Ashish, your query is silent on liability side i.e. home loan or car loan etc. So I assume as of now it’s zero but in future there may be such liabilities. Based upon the earning potential between you & your wife, there should be a total term cover of at least 100 times of mly income i.e. 1.8 Crore Rs. in the same ratio of mly income.
Please confirm that it’s 5K * 5 = 25K amount in SIPs or 1K * 5 = 5K amount?

I already have car and no loan on it. House I purchased and its under construction. Havent opted for home loan yet.
SIP is 1k*5 per month.
Could you please suggest which term insurance is best? The option I have is aviva Ishield, Kotak preferred term plan or icicic i-protect?
