Assume there are three companies A, B and C and I’ve submitted PF transfer form while joining company B from A. However even before this transfer is complete (via Regional PF office), I’m moving to company C and I again opt for PF transfer. How does C ensure that earlier PF transfer (from A to B) is updated correctly along with PF from B to C in its record?
People have rather bad experience with the PF transfer process especially when it happens via region office as it takes far too long to update the records.
Should we rather withdraw PF amount with every switch and put them in PPF?
