PF Tranfer Status

Hi, i have a question w.r.t to my PF tranfer status :

I worked for company A(2005 to 2011) and worked for Company B(2011 to 2012).

I requested for PF tranfer from COMPANY A TO COMPANY B.

Now, currently i am in Company C.

I would like to withdraw from company B. But before that , i want to ensure that the money is transferred from Company A pf account to Company B’s.

when i check the claim status online for company A, it shows below :
Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No () has been approved. Payment is under process.

when i check the claim status online for company B, it shows below :

Status : Your transfer in details for crediting new account has been received and the same is under process.

Now,my question is, as per the above statuses, is the money transferred and can i withdraw from Company B.

In the worst case(if requested for withdrawl from Company B and transfer not completed from company A), what would happen? EPFO wait for the transfer to complete and process the withdrawl request? or how?

please share your thoughts and experience?
