Outstanding Tax demand

Hi,

Incometax online website displays outstanding tax demand for AY 2008-09 and 2009-10 totalling INR60k. When contacted their help desk, was asked to meet in person with the assessment ward officer.

Any one else had a similar situation? Any tips / recommendations?

    The point is , Do you really own 60k in tax or is it not correct . I suggest you meet a CA for this .
