Need info on SBI Max Gain Loan account

I took 17 Lacs of Loan and my Tenure is 12 Years. My Monthly EMI is ~ 21000 PM.. How I can use and avail MaxGain benefits ? Below is the details reflecting in my netbanking of Loan account.

Please let me know how to use max gain and reduce my tenure. For Eg: I am parking 1 Lac / 3 Months continuously and I am not going to withdraw that. in that case how soon I can close the loan and get my property documents from Bank.

    Dear Sundar,

    This will depend when and how regularly you make the payments and bring down the balance due to the bank to “0 ”.

    You should track the outstanding amount and track changes as you park the monthly payment into the account.
