National Insurance policy Repository from NSDL

NSDL has come up with a National Insurance-policy Repository wherein we can put all our insurance policies in electronic form and they can be managed just like shares or mutual funds.

Would request the forum owners to share a detailed review of this scheme and how it can benefit us. Other people who have already availed it can share their experience of opening the account, adding policies and managing them

    Dear Raja, if you are having or planning to keep 10-15-20 insurance policies, this demat thing’ll be helpful for you to keep all the things at one place. In case you are having only 1 term plan and 1 health insurance, you do not need this thing.
