This is related to my PF transfer from account no KN / 34110/690 to PY/KRP/35701/000455.
I was working in Siemens information processing services pvt. Limited, MG road Bangalore with my PF no as KN / 34110/690.
I left Siemens on 11th Jan, 2008 and joined shell India markets pvt. Limited on 14th Jan, 2008
Earlier a transfer request was submitted to Rajaram mohan roy office, Bangalore on 22nd July, 09 but no action was taken and subsequently account became dormant ( I left siemens on 11/01/2008)..
Subsequently, fresh request was made on 17th dec, 2012 on your singasandra, hosur road and Money was transferred to my new PF account..
My understanding is that as my account became Dormant, NO interest was transferred (from 1st april, 2011 as per govt notification) but as this was transferred and not withdrawal, entire interest amount till Jan 2013 should be credited into my account Annexure K clearly shows that there was no interest credited in 2012-13.
Can you plz confirm that in case of transfer, even in case of dormant a/cs, full interest amount should be credited..
Secondly, as Earlier a transfer request was submitted to Rajaram mohan roy office, Bangalore on 22nd July, 09 but no action was taken and subsequently account became dormant ( I left siemens on 11/01/2008) so is EPF dept is liable to pay full amount, including interest

Dear Sanjiv, please file an RTI application to know why no action was taken on 2009 request & based upon the reply, fight your case for interest amount.
