Miselling of HDFC Platinum Edge credit card

Hello Jagoinvestor, While joining Oracle 2.5 years back, HDFC cheated me saying that they will give a free credit card, HDFC credit card Platinum ++ but they gave me Platinum Edge .. , but I’m still paying 2K as annual fees. The Bank responded “you signed documents” and I even escalated, but no luck.  Any way to get all my money back? or at-least the phone recording they do when executive explains the feature?

    Launch a complaint. Its very easy, but takes time (~ 4months)

    Dear Hhakrish, why are you not surrendering the card, if it does not fulfill your requirement. In my personal case, I’m also using credit card of HDFC but annual fee is waived if I use the card for more than 50K Rs. in a year. Check your own card in detail for similar thing.
