LIC: Premium cannot be paid for ULIP and Health Policies online. Any guess why??

I have taken LIC’s Health Protection Plus policy few years back and now I am trying to make online payment. When I tried online bill payment, LIC direct payment/regd user payment I was not successful. Any reason why I am not able to pay premiums online for LIC health policies? Is there any other way I could pay online using my credit card/debit card/NEFT or any other means?

    HI Advait,

    I too have LIC Health PLus ulip , which i have paid premium by transferring amount to my friend account and asked him to pay it in home branch..

    I have tried all other alternatives like net banking / CC/debit card etc , but LIC site will not accept the same…

    Even if u try to pay in other lic branch, they do not accept bcos policy details are not shown , as simple as such…

    Only for existing moneyback/endowment policies u can pay through their website by using CC or other means

    Dear Advait, please contact LIC cutomer care to know the reason. Alternatively you may provide standing instructions to your credit card for payment of prem.
