   Better to surrender if you dont have the expertise to manage ULIPS as I have done 🙂

   many people are stuck in this policy and i am also stuck from july 2007 but that time i dun know abt ULIPS nd all and now i wanna too surrender experts pls advice. by da way no one told me abt ULIP topup’s
