Hi guys,
I’ve been really careless about my ITR for 2 years now, never paid enough attention to it but now I want to get things straight.
I haven’t paid taxes since 2011 and have never filed my ITR.
What kind of penality am I looking at?
Can I escape it somehow?
Also, can anyone recommend a good CA in New Delhi or NCR area who would understand a direct response online marketing business and help me with my ITR for the right fee?

Dear Abhishek, in this forum, we promote honest tax paying. So we can not suggest anything to you on “escape ways to save penalties.”
Please contact any local CA in your neighborhood for your ITR needs.

Even a ball-park amt is difficult to estimate and only a CA can exactly say. Not from Delhi so cannot recommend anyone. You can have a look at this to see if you fit this bill

You cannot escape penalty. A CA does not need to understand your business. If you are clear about all sources of your income and all your investments any good CA can take care of the rest. If you miss some sources then anyone will get the calculations wrong.
