ONI have a home loan of 30L, for a flat under construction. The interest rate is 10.25. Bank had disbursed an around 24L now. Also i have started full emi on this couple of months back. The interest i am paying now is around 20k. Builder has told me that the registration could happen this financial year. I have a surplus of 5L in my hand. Just thinking whether i should pre-pay this on the loan or invest this some where else. Please give your expert advise on financial aspect of this. thanks, Biju PV
